Haven't had much time lately to post/comment but still been cookin...
Been getting theses seasonally for the last few years at a Local Mexican joint (Mad Mex)
They are Beyond Awesome! Both my kids lick their plates clean...
Decided to make em at home

Large Burrito shell stuffed with (Rotisseried on weber summit) turkey breast, mashed taters, corn and stuffing.... Gravy drizzled over top with a side of cranberry!! Turned out pretty darn good

Really good! Got to know a lot of the servers at this place as we go at least once a month, they said Alot of older/single people get these "to go , gravy on the side" and serve for Thanksgiving Dinner!
