Genesis Jr Restoration

Question:

Should I be upset or should I be flattered that somebody stole credit for my restoration?? Have any of you had this??

A good friend of mine Greg messaged me this morning and said isn't this your restoration? I'm not a part of this Facebook group and unable to respond without joining. If any of you are a part of this Facebook group please feel free to comment on it.

I think I would be upset, but not surprised. I constantly see the same things posted on Facebook by different people so I know lots of people steal things and post them as their own. I don't believe I am a member of this group but it looks like it will allow me to comment. I would be happy to leave a nice, nasty one if you like.
Thanks Steve! I'm busy at work today.

Guaranteed scammers using fake accounts setting the bait on the hook with that post: hoping to “sell” it or offer “restoration services” to unsuspecting victims once the Direct Messages start coming in.

With it being a female fake account, it could also be the entry point for “Pig Butchering” scams.
It’s a type of romance scam where fraudsters, often posing as attractive women, build an online relationship with their victims to gain their trust. Once the victim is emotionally invested, the scammer convinces them to invest in fake schemes or other fraudulent financial opportunities. Eventually, the scammer disappears with the money, leaving the victim financially devastated.
