I just rub the clips on sandpaper, good enough for those.One of the easiest pieces to makes look great, quickly. Except I’ve shot many of those R clips into orbit with a wire wheel on the bench grinder![]()

I just put them in my drill chuck, wrap a small piece of 150 grit sandpaper around it and spin them until they are clean and shiny.What’s your process for the Clevis Pins? They look outstanding.

Have you used those before? I know the Weber ones are 1/4 x 1 1/2 in.
