Gameday Fajitas

I cooked some tex-mex fajitas for the Texas A&M game.


Homemade salsa.


I used the veggie basket for onions and bell peppers


Pushed them to the indirect side to get them a little more done.


Onions and bell peppers done.


Skirt steak on the kettle.


Sliced skirt steak.


Served on tortillas with cheese, queso, sour cream.
