Game Day Meatballs

I don't have a dog in this fight, but I'd root for the Tide if it got me a plate of that! I'm assuming some sort of red sauce/"Sunday gravy" went into the skillet after the sear, then cheese on top? Looks delicious!

Looks great! How long before putting sauce in? Total time? I do this occasionally but indoors. I always overcook the meatballs cause I am worried. Garlic bread too

I just sear the meatballs, flip them to sear the other side, pour over the sauce and cheese, raise the pan and move the baskets to indirect. I guess you could check temp but I found that once both sides are seared they’re done. I never time it. …but it usually takes a beer to get that far and then I go refill while the cheese melts.
