Frittata on the grill

We decided to have some breakfast for dinner the other night. So I tried doing a Frittata, I've never cooked one before.
I started by cooking some sausage:

Then I set the sausage aside and sauteed some onions:

Then I added 12 eggs beat with a dash of milk, the sausage, and fresh bell pepper and spinach:

All cooked up:

My CI Skillet is new, and I have been seasoning it like I have OCD. I've now used it a few times, and it has gotten progressively more non-stick. But this time it was awesomely non-stick!

Thanks for looking.

Thanks guys. It was good. I really like doing breakfast foods on the kettle. The next morning the wife was about to make pancakes and I said, "wait! Let me cook them on the weber!" Turned out way better:

Can't beat that added flavor CI gives to food. Looks like your skillet is on it's way to being totally non stick. nicely done.

John, Total cook time was probably close to 1 hour. Only because I first cooked the sausage and then sauteed the onions separate before adding everything together. After adding it all together I think it took about 20 mins. Temp was about 250 (I was afraid to burn the underside).

Wow - that looks awesome! I am going to have to give that a try. How long did you cook it?

Looks delicious! Reminds me of this post I made here last summer, the Pizza Kettle attachment is an excellent broiler for frittatas.
