fried pork tenderloin tacos

I saw this dude from California posted a Fried Pulled Pork Taco cook so I decided I can do that with some chunks of tenderloin. I wish I had corn tortillas but all I had was left over flour tortillas. Oh well.

Heated up the left over peanut oil from yesterday's eggrolls. Fried the chunked left over tenderloin from supper the other night, then added the meat to the left over tortillas and fried them. I added left over cheese and salsa and we're callin this supper. (they were not greasy, that's salsa juice.)

Come on Cowboys!!!

Hmmm...sounds like this guy in CA has some credibility in this forum...I suppose I should view some pics of his cooks ;).

BTW, terrific looking tacos Dwain!
 
Drooling over these tacos just like I was when I saw Tony's the other day. I think I smell a competition coming up soon, lol.
