Did some fried chicken this past weekend in the driveway.

[td]Then out to the driveway to setup[/td]

[td]Get the oil up to about 320 and let the magic begin![/td]

that's some fine looking chicken. My favorite pic is the one on the cutting board - that could be my plate ;)
 
You need one of these. I have the 6 gallon and I love, love, love it. Buckets of chicken in no time and there is no better cooker for the family fish fry. Down here we do schools of mullet in it all the time. I even do whole chickens in it. Or turkey breasts and drums sticks. Frying food outside is what's up!
