Decided to stay home and safe on Friday the 13th and also cook some St Louis style Pork ribs on the Kettle. I used pecan wood chunks for smoke flavor and SuckleBusters Texas Pecan BBQ Rub.

This is after 1 hour into the cook

This is 3 hours into the cook and the ribs are about to be wrapped

Here is a shot after I unwrapped the ribs

and another shot after unwrapping the ribs

They came out nice and flavorful

Weber Kettle security was provided for all 5.5 hours by Baby Daisy

Thank you for checking out my pics.

Looks like a great meal. I may try smoking my own ribs this weekend. Normal goto is brisket and pulled pork. Your cook looks great.

Don, those baby back look delicious and I like Suckle Busters Texas Pecan too but never thought about pork.
Thanks for inspiration.

Great looking Ribs! It looked like you were containing the charcoal in one charcoal basket, do I have that correct?
