Friday Night Ribeyes.

I am more of a beef flavor guy but decided to try something a little different.

Everything ready to go.

My helper (Annie) is blind but her nose doesn't miss anything.

Steaks on the flip.

Potatoes enjoying their time in the cast iron skillet.

Finished plate. Enjoy. Steak was great and Annie enjoyed the few nibbles of steak that was to be leftovers. Eveyone have a great weekend.

Yes sir!!! My parents and grandparents had a farm outside of Woodstock! Was born in the Harrisonburg hospital! Moved to Ak when I was very young as dad was in the coast guard here! I went back this past summer and loved it!
