Friday Night Pizza

Here's a few shots of our pizza we made last night. Thanks to the help of the members our pies are getting better and better. We used Barb's dough recipe again. Its really good!

Great looking pizzas Robert. Love 'em both. That first one looks like my favorite when I was a kid and the second looks like my go to pie now. Great job on that crust.

Really nice looking pies. The 'under shot' of the crusts look pretty different. Did you roll one thinner than the other, or do you think it's a result of one having more toppings than the other?

Jim I think it is defiantly from having more stuff on the second pizza. We rolled them both pretty thin. We intentionally put less on our second pie to try and get a good result. Both crusts were crunchy and good. We will continue to build on this.

Sorry for the confusion. I was trying to show that I got a nice crisp crust when in some of my previous efforts the crust was soft and not crunchy.
