Friday night goodies

Friday morning the wife seasoned up some chicken quarters w/ chef Merito's chicken season, season salt & hot wing season & let it sit all day in the fridge. Friday was a perfect day for grilling as today is another story. First the Brussel sprouts are prepped and ready to go
Potato pack ready to go. Potatoes layered with bacon, onion, green chilies, seasoned with S&P, garlic salt & Chef Merito's season salt.

And onto the grill

Used some hickory wood chips for flavor, can you smell the wood smoke? smells delicious
almost ready lookin' guud

Dinner is ready, enjoy your plate. Dinner was real good. Have a great weekend.
