Friday Eyes

seasoned up two hunks of beef

tossed'm on a hot Weber grill...

...til they were kinda cooked....

...then took'em off to rest a spell...

...and served'um up with sautéed green beans & orange carrots and peppered Yukon steaks fries

burped a time or two & thanked my lucky stars for such a fine meal.
