Evening folks...Friday nite and I'm getting flack about how much steak I eat so we're doing some RSC tonight!!(actually been trying to put this into my weekly rotation since its so yummy and easy!!)
Got the chicken soaking a bit late tonight so I decided to hang out by the grill for a bit...
Just getting started..(Gerti is looking for the tongs!)

Pretty classic grill food if you ask me...super tasty as well!

Hey common guys..don't get me wrong now..I would eat steak for all my meals if my wife let me(oh and if I could afford it!) my last steak nite post everyone was giving me a hard time about all the beef so we changed it up a bit!!

Any way thanks for the great response!! Fun stuff!

Mike your totally correct!!! Was 40 last night when I cooked!! Will take that any day over the 5 degrees some of the other folks were cooking in!!

I know I'm a bit thick , but what does the RS in rsc stand for?......and what is the fire brick technique? I guess I missed that.
