Thanks Case. I'll check out FAB.com. I've already looked on Amazon. I'm looking for one to place inside the DO. I've got a couple of CI cooks I want to do that call for a trivet to raise the food slightly off the bottom of the pan. I'll keep on looking.

Thank you! The Wasabi Hirseradish is delish! It's from a company here in Oregon called Beaverton foods which was start s by a LSU during the depression. They have a whole line of really tasty mustards. I know that locally Target, Walmart, and our regional grocery stores carry it. If you can't find it where you are the do direct orders. Beaver brand mustards and Horseradish is another one of their labels so look for that name too.
