If you need to ship those, get one of those Large flat rate (Game) boxes from USPS. You can fit quite a few wood or durawood slats and Z bars in one of those. Same goes for flavorizer bars. They charge a flat rate of under $22.00.

Now that's a professional move: The little known, underappreciated, but very conveniently sized USPS Priority Mail game box. I've used it myself, good call!



I also like the little known USPS Priority Mail triangular tube. Not sure about gas grill parts applicability (burner tubes?) but I still like it.
