My oldest daughter is the only one in the family who's team is still playing football so I started this cook with some beer brewed in Seattle for support. Also slathered a couple racks of ribs with mustard and home made rub.

Put on the WSM with a mix of Apple and cherry chunks.

Meanwhile started some baked beans on a OTS

After 3.5 hours saucing the ribs with Kim's sauce. It is outstanding. Sorry for poor pic quality.

While waiting prepared some wings for grilling. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder

It's tough for me to make wings because no matter how I try to evenly spread the charcoal there are always hot and cold spots.

Sauced the wings. Half with sweet sauce, half with hot sauce.

Brought the whole deal in to be served

Everything tasted great and the Hawks even won the game. Beat those Broncos!

Doing it right out there in Montana I see. I know what you mean about the hot/cold spots during a wing cook.
