Well i have been idle for a while now...I look @ all the cool/stunning posts everyday but dont have the energy or time to reply to em all. Starting to work after a great vaccation might be one factor. Anyways...My 2 latest cents:

Peach/chili drums:

Here is whats roasting for the paste

Everything put in a blender and mixed to a smooth sauce. Rubbed the chicken under the skin..And cooked indirect.(and some only salt/pepper ones for the kids)

Served with some of the leftover sauce,Pesto and a Greekish salad.

Potato/carrots/turnip/onion/garlic/thyme (salt/pepper)

Two great looking cooks. Really like what you put together for the chicken. I think I will need to try that.
 
Delicious Daniel. the chix look just right (beautifully plated). I've yet to try a fattie/loaf, bacon woven or otherwise. Yours is very tempting! And the sooner we get the lowdown on the crayfish the better! Cool stuff.
