Flanken beef ribs

Nothing fancy or special about this post just want to share and recommend this cut of beef.
They were on sale today $3.99. They were seasoned with Emirils steak rub. Used my weber q for this cook. This was a fast easy cook. Used left over beans and potatoes we had. Thanks for looking.

Love that cut! I stumbled on it when it was on sale. I asked my butcher for short ribs and this was the cut on sale. Your cook looks great!

Its actually nice and tender. They were only 1/4 inch thick. Very easy to eat and my kids love them.

Flanken ribs are short ribs just cut cross cut.
