Nancy bought a London Broil, (AKA Flank), from Costco yesterday. Both sons came by so let's do it. Direct for 15 minutes........

Little Reds w/ some onions towards the end. These were buttered on the cut side, EVO with garlic salt and pepper for the last ten minutes.....

Add some corn and garlic bread from Wegmans, (I can't help myself. I walk by this and it's still hot and smells soooooooo good).

Like always....simple to make. Everyone liked it though and there was nothing left over. this is good, right?

Now, imagine ONE more slice of meat,
two more scoops of corn,
another buttered sliced of bread and
ALL the onions from the skillet on the plate AT THE SAME TIME.
then, imagine WHO'D be EETIN' it....

that's right.
