Fishing Camp Ribeyes and Baked Potatoes

Decided to head to a fishing camp for the weekend and did some Ribeyes and Baked Potatoes on the supplied camp grill. Double wrapped the spuds in foil and put them directly in the coals flipping every five or so minutes. They were done in about 30 minutes this way. Fishing wasn't great, but had enough for a meal on Saturday night but forgot to take pics.

Wow, Andy. Great looking cook. That rib eye looks delicious, cooked perfectly. That skyline shot is gorgeous. Our evening sky has looks like that the past couple of nights.... because of all the smoke! Somehow it's not the same.
