First time Fatty on Ole Yeller

Trying a Fatty for the first time today...

Went with some good quality pork sausage as the base for the roll, and of course had to do the bacon weave. Cheese mixture of colby and shredded pepper jack.

Sauteed some onion, jalapenos and potatos.

I will work on getting my weave tighter, but I was pleased for my first try.

On ole yeller, with a hunk of apple wood.

Man was this thing good!

I will definitely be making more fatties soon. Easy to make and super delicious.

Next one, I think will go with some maple sausage and some sweeter filling....time to get creative! ;D
