First Smoke on 22.5" WSM

Dry run on Friday. 5 racks of ribs on Saturday. Water Pan filled with water. Temps held 250 with all vents wide open. I expected to have to 'tweak' the vents a bit down, but stuck right at 250 wide open for the 4 hour cooking time. They were delicious. Caramelized them on the grill after the smoke.

 
Getting the WSM was validated: Hit 250 and stayed there with no fussing. When smoking on the Ranch Kettle i was always chasing the temps (but that was fun also!) Now i can just drink my beer and stare at the maverick screen holding steady. Ribs were just as good as coming off the Ranch Kettle. Thanks for the comments.
