We finally got some good cooking weather.

I satisfied my chicken wing craving Friday night, with brined wings indirect with cherry wood on the kettle. Sauce was Franks, with butter, cilantro, and lime juice. Awesome.

Saturday was ribs day. Super One had spares on sale. Trimmed them down, made Meathead's Memphis Dust to rub, and smoked with cherry, hickory, and peach. No. 5 sauce, of course.

I am happy to see warmer weather.
