Hello all,
I've been visiting this site for almost a year, and I thought it was finally time to start posting.
I smoked some beef ribs over the weekend...
6 hour total cook with "Maple Leaf" brand Charcoal, and a mix of hickory/mesquite wood.
Seasoned with Buster Rhino's Secret rub mix
Basted with BBQ sauce cut with apple vinegar at the 3hr mark & the 4 1/2 hour mark. Then one last basting with non-cut BBQ sauce at the end.
They were a hit!
On a side note, I picked up a new toy the other day...
Time to get grillin'!
