Today was the day to make my first ever meatloaf and why not in the smoker ?
What can I say....it turn out much better then what I was expecting =)

That's one sweet looking loaf, Peter. I bet that barky end piece is packed with flavor. If there are leftovers, you'll have some killer sandwiches tomorrow.
Looking good Peter... I have never eaten or made meat loaf. Got to do my own also... Need more details. What temp did you smoke at and until what temp did you pull of the smoker?
Ingredients- shrooms, red omion, bacon, red pepper, bell pepper,eggs, bread crums, ketchup, salt and pepper.
Outside- Mix of spices.
Glaze- BBQ sause, ketchup, molasses, light brown sugar, habanero sause.
Cooked at 260F till inside temp is 150F then glazed and back into smoker till inside temp is 160F. Remove and serve =).
