First Green Hood restore


 
Matt,
I am with your wife; that grill is too pretty to sell. Beautiful work, especially the staining and selection of wood. What type did you use?

I think green hood grills get overlooked but are a really classy color.
 
Yes! That’s a champ!!
My brother and brother in law both have green head silver “A”s and I like the color. But they certainly are not as pretty as yours!
Maybe a 9057 “grill out” lighted handle?
 
That is awesome. So there is no stain on those? Did you have to do any modifying to the boards other than just cut them to length?
 
I agree your wife has good eye, and you are a Craftsman, nice work on the wood way to think ahead and spend time sorting out the right wood slates. They really stand out.
 
I had a Silver B with the green hood. Always looked better than the black one on my new grill. This one shows every print and smear while the green hid them. Bring them back.
