Hopefully, this will be a first of many! I'll upload pictures after its all said and done.
On the SJS tonight...
Bite sized Yukon Golds, marinated in vegetable oil, Lawry's Seasoned Salt, Garlic Powder, and some black pepper, grilled in a 5" cast iron pan (first time with this)
Grilled zucchini and yellow squash, rubbed in home made Caribbean jerk rub.
Grilled red peppers
Grilled "Western Griller" Steak. Apparently this thing sucks, but it was cheap and I wanted to test it out. Havent put it on the grill yet, we shall see...
On the list in the future is a Performer Platinum. Smokey Joe ain't cuttin it anymore with all this stuff on it.
I marinated the steaks in a homemade...something..for 24 hours. Honestly I had a bit too much to drink last night and can't remember what exactly went into the marinade! Tasted good though.
