First cook on the WSM

It cooked a bit faster than I expected. Heat hovered around 250 at the top which I was okay with.

Looks really good. Great cook to top off a great restore of an old WSM. One bit of advice - if you care about your concrete, put a pan or something under the WSM. At times it will drip something that runs out the vents and down the charcoal bowl. It's a brown liquid so I assume it's condensation running down the inside and out a vent and mixing with smoke or gunk from the inside of the cooker. Anyway, I'm sure it will stain your concrete if you let it.

Again - congratulations on the WSM and your first cook!
