Too busy with lots of stuff including visiting family out of town in Sacramento. Anyway, we're home tonight and I've had a nice piece of flap meat in the freezer for a month or so.... Carne Asada sounds good and it's been too long since I've had some good Mexican food. Refried beans, rice and tacos.
