First cook on the new Jumbo Joe and Vortex

Well after five months of crappy weather and a cold garage I finally got the cart and Jumbo Joe finished.
First cook was one of our versions of kettle KFC.
First of all, the little camp stove worked perfectly to light the chimney and the great advantage over a side burner is if I need more shelf space, I just remove the camp stove, Win- Win situation.
Made the chicken using KBB and no smoke on this one.
Sides were homemade BBQ beans and corn on the bone cooked on the E320.
Came out just great crispy skin and moist chicken.
The JJ worked perfectly with my $2.00 dog bowl vortex and modified grate.

I'd love a plate of that - two helpings of those beans, please. I see a lot of use from that cart in the future.
