OT: Cider is super easy to make, requires very little equipment and work, tastes great (easily modifiable - add cinnamon or dry malt extract for different flavors/potency). I guess you'd have to bottle it. But beware, having such easy access to alcohol may not be a good thing! Hard cider is one of my favorites.
