First Cook on My Sweet Little Red

I wanted my first cook on my new to me grill to be ribs but due to time constraints I had to grill rather than barbecue. I am a believer that if grills could think they would want to be used to make great meals. So I broke out my new grill with some chicken. It was really nice getting the grill back into production. The results were very tasty.

Kim made a wonderful strawberry salad like only she can do. The potatoes were delicious and the chicken was so good. It was really fun finally cooking on this little beauty. Looking forward to more good cooks on this awesome little red grill.
