FINI........Not bad for my first Brisket, a little dry in a couple small spots but Overall i will call this a success (meaning, the grand kids ate it and Burger King was not called for, LOL)
Wrapped it @167 (Was late because my meat therm. went tits up, so i had to use time), took off smoker at 200. Vented steam from foil for a few seconds, rewrapped and put in cooler for about 2 hours.
