I hope my brisket comes out decent, only bought a flat since this is my first one I have ever done..........we shall see, Brisket or Burger King, lol

Wrapped it @167 (Was late because my meat therm. went tits up, so i had to use time), took off smoker at 200. Vented steam from foil for a few seconds, rewrapped and put in cooler for about 2 hours.
