Fire Roasted Chicken and Zucchini ( Z on the Q)

Last year I got a truck load of White Oak, it was six months old when I got it, I think I've had it for six months. Brian D. said it can take two years before it will burn, so I split a couple pieces down to see if it would burn. It did

Got Drums & Thighs. The drums marinated Mojito Lime and the thighs in wine & herb.

Chuck that is so cool using wood in your WSM. I've got to think the chicken was better than using charcoal like I always do. It looks delicious. There is a BBQ joint not far from me that uses all wood fires and their food is so good. Great post!
