Nothing special - just smoked a slab of baby back pork ribs over the weekend on my 18" wsm and took a few pics.

A slab?!?! As in one? I thought they always had to be cooked in at least pairs, if not threes and fours... lol
 
Nothing boring about ribs! They are my favorite.

Did you wrap them, or just cook them straight up?

I used to foil them but the extra effort didn't seem to make too much of a difference. I now just season them and throw them on at 250-275 for about 4.5-5 hours. I baste at the 3 hour mark, and slather on some bbq sauce towards the end.
