February Thanksgiving

One of the free Turkeys we got from WinCo for spending $50 during the holidays.

We ate the miscellaneous tonight, the wings will be lunch tomorrow and the drums/thighs for dinner, possibly the next two dinners. The breasts will be sliced thing for sandwiches, which is our favorite

It's literally been a year for me and I forget my limits on what I have done previously.

This one was only 10LBS, but I have done a 22LBS bird and it was great

Pulled at 165 in the thighs

Very Tasty and lots of sliced turkey for sandwiches

Ironically I decided not to use it for this cook. Rotisserie cooks are messy and I didn’t want to mess up my new grill with the first cook. Heck, I feel like a new dad

Chuck that’s one nice looking turkey.
The skin and color are perfect.
I don’t think Norman Rockwell could have made them look any better.
