Fatty breakfast style

I picked up a 2lb. Jimmy Dean regular sausage roll of Wallyworld.
Which I put some red peppers, cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs and some left over yukon potatoes in it and gave it a roll and bacon weave.

Put her on the WSM

Yet, another great lookin' plate! Nice work!!

Well Jeff, when I saw your beef, and chicken cooks I thought "Where's the Pork."

Bingo, here it is!
And looking Grand I must say!!

Looks very tastey, I have meaning to cook up one of those fatty's, how long did it take and at what temp?

Thanks for the kind words!

Phil H. the eggs came out fine, they were precooked(scrambled) so were the potatoes.
Dave it took about 2.5 hrs.

Thanks again

Beautiful. A breakfast for a King and a heart attack for lunch.

I regularly make fatties with cheese and Pepperoni for my Grandson so I'm going to do something like that next time. I have a roll of Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage in the freezer waiting for it's turn on the WSM.

That looks and sounds delicious. I was wondering how the egg held up and I see just fine

Very tasty looking
