Ok, pictures to follow, but for today doing some smoking and grilling.

Doing some smoked shrimp, got the recipe form the new Raichlen show.

Also grilling a jamiacan spicy pork tenderloin, got that one from Bobby Flay.
 
So here is the shrimp in the marinade - parsley, garlic, chipotles, salt, pepper lime juice and olive oil.

Here they are on the WSM, they smell GREAT in the marinade. A little smaller than he made, had to go with 16-20 per pound size, was all my fish monger had veined and peeled today.

Also made his sauce, ketchup, worcestershire, orange juice, lime juice, chipotles, S&P.

My kitchen smells so good right now

OK, so here's the pork loin, was pretty good

In the marinade, coconut milk, habaneros, fresh ginger, curry powder, star anise, paprika, S&P, garlic.

Brian - those shrimp look awesome! White shrimp season is about to open here and there will be guys selling shrimp on the side of the road all over the place. As soon as they are avialble I am going to try your smoked shrimp recipe...
