Espresso, Red Wine, T-Bones, and Gin :-)

I cooked up 2 T-bones a few nights ago, and I think they're the best steaks I've ever cooked. I rubbed them down with Espresso Steak Rub from a local spice company, and smoked indirect for 15 minutes with Oak Wine Barrel chunks I got as a gift awhile back. A quick sear at the end, and they came out perfectly. Baked potatoes and asparagus on the side. Gin and Tonic was my libation of choice after a very stressful day at work.

Melinda's plate. She trims off her bone and gristle and gives it to me. Everyone wins.
