Knowing I had to cook some too, there was but only one thing I could do.....Fire up the Genesis S330 (You can do no wrong with the Genesis gassers)

Chicken marinade in the Grillmates Garlic wine & herb for 24 hours

I'm sure I cooked it above 165, but I like chicken drums around 170 anyway. They tasted fantastic, between 4 of us, that entire plate is gone

It ain't Enrico, but since he's 20 hours away at 600MPH, it'll have to do

It's gonna be a great BBQ weekend, doing Tri-Tip tomorrow and 5 slabs of ribs for Suberbowl and the weather is going to be amazzzzzzzingggg!

Enrico is a tough act to follow for sure but you nailed that cook to me Chuck. I'd happily sit down to a plate like that any time.
 
Yep Enrico can do that, he does do some great cooks. Yours are a fine example of great drums Chuck, really look good. Barb and I have moved from wings to drums, just prefer them more.
 
Chuck, those legs look fantastic and I can see why they didn't last long.:D Enjoy the Super Bowl and looking forward to seeing your cooks after the game.
