Its A week of in the school now for Oliver. Oscar had an insident last week were a kid closed the door shut but Oscars finger were still in the room. (a sad story but i wont dig deeper this time...All i can say is Thanks William ) Allright lets move on. Emilie been home with the kids the last 2 days and here is some of her dinners waiting for me when i come home.(all pics and cooking is MLI)

Swedish/kids friendly ChiliConCarne(hope i dont affend any mexicans out there)

I really like a soft frensh bun to soak this up. But Oliver has gone BaNaNaS on tortillas these past weeks.(i guess after he watched scoobydoo in mexico) So now everything needs to be wraped up..Or as he says burrito(aslong as its wrapped its a burrito) well...Cant blame him i love it aswell.

Lets move on:

Allright...Move on to a more Swedish dish. Well its a blend off the oxtail stew we normaly make and a swedish "kallops"

Pork Neck:

Trimmed cubed

Browned:

Added the rest after a quick boilup

2H in Finished with 1dl of cream.(not shown)

Served something like this with pressed taters and overcooked brock

Tasty...Love you Em!
