Egg Rolls!

Small get-together with friends+the kids. Did some egg rolls as appetizers. Cheated with packaged wrappings. Philly cheesesteak rolls alongside pulled pork/mushroom rolls.

Staples, minus the shrooms. Did those separately.

Mixed up the mushroom/pulled pork mix.

They look great, but it does look like a lot of grease to clean up in the kitchen. One day I want to get a stand alone propane burner for the yard just to fry stuff. I hate cleaning up oil in the kitchen.
I’ve researched the Cajun Fryer, it looks like ideal for frequent fryers. I’m using traditional electric now but don’t get a lot of mileage before batter buildup starts to burn.

Yeah, it definitely gets messy. I don't do it often. Sometimes with a lower volume of oil, I use the side burner on the gasser

Yes the kitchen becomes a large egg roll mess that is why when my wife makes then she makes alot the freezes a bunch of small packages for later. Big job but a bigger flavor and taste.

I was thinking something more multipurpose like a Matador or Fire Disc
