Dusted pork butt.

Did a pork butt friday night with Meatheads Memphis dust. I substituted sugar in the raw instead of brown and white. The rub is very mild tasting not one thing really jumps out at you. I started the WSM at 12am.

At 16 hrs and 185 internal temp I started probing and it was like butter so off she came.

Good cook. I've been wanting to try Raw sugar instead of Brown for a long time. It's taking longer than I thought stocking up on those raw packages at Starbucks, lol

thats funny. I thought I was alone in that. Actually , my wife brought home a bunch of packets from a coffee catering at work so I got to try it that way. But I liked it so well , I actually bought a bag!

Jason , that is a fabulous looking cook and I love that last pic of the pork sangwitch ....nice work , man.
