It's been awhile since we did crab cakes - I forgot how good these are - it went down something like this:
got some stuff, and a pound of the crab. The key ingredient is cheap white bread.
make a semi spicy mayonnaise, some veggies and the mix in crab.
form the patties, and let rest.
fire up the gasser - and get some green beans going.
do a little cast iron action
serve with orzo, chardonnay and beers - thanks!
