pulled and served with cheddar & provolone/mozzarella and a little sauce by Stubbs
...topped with creamy slaw with roasted cauliflower dusted with California seasoned pepper
pretty good pork... I tried something different this time around.
As always, I use Kevin Kroger's recipe he conjured up for Jane Cherry
but I've always rinsed off the salt after 20 minutes THEN rubbed the butts.
This time, I left the kosher salt on and applied the rub.
Definitely a saltier pulled pork sandwich, but still veryVERY good.
