Drumming to Monday

Another long day of baseball and a sweep of the cross town rivals called for drumettes. It also called for a cold beer!

Mixed these with some of my Santa Maria rub then added another rub right after i put them on. Also did some broccoli on the Gold B.

Got the Performer setup with some Cowboy and some peach. Let these ride about 375 and enjoyed some Silverada.

No Sunday roast…but the chicken was crispy and moist. All good!

Thanks! The broccoli on the gas grill with some red onions and some soy sauce is very nice. Everything caramelizes a bit. My kids love it!
