Double Cheese Bacon Onion Smashburger

Sorry, no prep or grill shots. Just a double cheddar smashburger with bacon and caramelized onion layers on an onion bun. I'm sure this took a couple years off of my life but damn it was good.

I had a couple'a smash burgers today...... one for lunch, one for dinner.....both just plain tho, no cheese, no bacon. I'd have taken some bacon!

I 'smashed' both of mine with the bottom of a glass beer mug (~21 oz).... minimal handling of the meat.....both were great!
