Disappearing Pork Roast

Made this today.. Used some "fresh" deli made black bean and corn salsa

Made my first trip to Reataurant Depot today using my KCBS card... Neat place ... Kind of like a Sams Club or Costco on steroids... Best deals I thought was on fresh produce

I'd work a little magic on that roast...... their produce looks great (50# bag of onions for what - $7?) , another thing I like is their cheese selection.........and cured meats (pastrami, pepperoni, salami)
